Creativity is to think more efficiently

We offer products tried and tested by us, developed over ten years by our engineers. From Cloud PBX to billing solutions and Sip Trunking, we can offer it all. Find out more below.

Business phone systems

Companies are moving away from traditional PBX to cloud PBX. Global telecoms companies are making a start on removing the old ISDN infrastructure and installing fibre to send the voice information across the internet. This may not mean equipment change if your phone system is up to date but in some cases, it may be necessary to upgrade to HD VoIP phones that send the information in data packets across the internet to a cloud exchange.

VoIP phones allow organisations to make global calls at a fraction of the cost of traditionally billed calls. Brindley started by providing phone systems aimed at small businesses (SME), start-ups and sole traders. We have grown to support global corporate customers and offer future-proof reliable communications.

We offer wide range of fixed desk phones, tablet phones, cordless phones, wall-based units, reception switchboard units, headsets, intercom, and entry systems.

VoIP means low-cost, better-quality calls, no onsite infrastructure, no paying for multiple phone lines and big cost savings in the management of your telecom’s strategy.

Phone Number Management

Phone number management can easily become a full-time job. Brindley has multiple ways of provisioning numbers making the task easy. We use market leading provisioning software as well as our own in-house software that gives our customers choices. provisioning software will allow the user to have complete control of the numbers in their telecom’s estate. Numbers can be provisioned real-time and in seconds if required.

Sip Trunking

A SIP trunk is a virtual version of an analogue phone line. Using SIP trunks, a SIP provider can connect one, two, or twenty channels to a PBX, allowing you to make local, long distance, and international calls over the Internet. The main difference in their capability is that VoIP is limited to transferring voice data over the internet whereas a SIP trunk can transfer packets of multimedia data. This could be voice, text, or video.

Remote Working Packages

In the world of hybrid working, we can provide remote workers with communication tools they need to be effective in their roles. Not having the right tools can have a negative impact on productivity and simply having video conferencing ability on a laptop isn’t necessarily the answer.

Employees are becoming more reliant on their employers to support them in choosing a mix of communication tools for them to deliver in their role effectively. Brindley have several solutions and hardware that bring together a unified communications strategy from voice connectivity and mobile services, to enable your employees and customers to work smarter together and become more integrated.

Web RTC Phone

Our proprietary web RTC phone enables the user to make inbound and outbound calls directly from a laptop or mobile by logging into a web interface. The phone runs directly from your browser in a secure environment with the user being able to verify their settings before receiving or making calls. Brindley’s Web RTC phone can be twinned with your office phone number or stand alone as a solo extension.  This flexible solution gives you options to login from anywhere you can access the internet. Make calls on any device to and from anywhere in the world with your business number appearing on the phone you are calling.

Mobile & Broadband

We offer a range of mobile communications for your business needs with mobile, text and data plans from your choice of network provider.

We offer a range of mobile providers for business use. This includes SIM only plans, and mobile handsets which include Apple & Android. Things to consider when changing mobile phone provider are coverage, price, suitable handsets, and contract length.

There is no such thing as being with the best provider as all businesses have different needs, such as location, call use, data use and monthly budget. At Brindley we can help you decide which is the best fit for your business.

Depending on your location we can supply Fibre to the Cabinet (FTTC) and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) broadband services.  As we work with Openreach, Vodafone and several rural fibre networks, we can provide fibre into areas other providers can't reach. Installing a highly stable broadband environment is of the highest importance when using VoIP.

All our fibre products utilise our state-of-the-art network which provides 1:1 contention with no speed throttling or packet shaping so you get 100% of the speed 100% of the time.
